Sudah jatuh tertimpa tangga pula, itulah yang dirasakan seorang ibu berinisial (RM) yang menjadi seorang single parent dengan 2 anak yang masih duduk dibangku sekolah. Hal itu dirasakan ibu (RM) ketika asuransi yang ditinggalkan oleh almarhum suaminya tidak dapat dicairkan, dikarenakan miss selling ketika membeli produk asuransi tersebut.

“Saya merasa kecewa dan saya tidak sangka, perusahaan sebesar AXA FINANCIAL INDONESIA itu memiliki marketing agent asuransi yang tidak profesional, untuk apa anak saya dikasih produk asuransi jiwa, seharusnya yang ditawarkan produk asuransi jiwa itu adalah si pencari nafkah dan saya tidak ada pemberitahuan bahwa asuransinya juga lapse” Papar ibu RM ketika dikonfirmasi oleh Awak Media Aliansi Indonesia KPK.

Atas dugaan praduga tak bersalah, disini ada kesalahan dimana bahwa perusahaan asuransi AXA FINANCIAL INDONESIA telah mengirimkan surat pemberitahuan bila polis akan lapse melalui surat dan diterima oleh Tuikiman.

“Tanggal 17 Mei 2022, Saya didampingi Ibu Fransiska selaku dari Media Aliansi Indonesia KPK sudah konfirmasi ke costumer service AXA FINANCIAL INDONESIA dan kita pun sampai dipanggil ke ruangan bagian Complaint Management Unit Ibu (HN) AXA FINANCIAL INDONESIA dan saya menyampaikan keluhan polis yang dibeli suami saya serta mempertanyakan bukti bahwa surat tersebut diterima oleh Bapak Tuikiman, karena hingga detik ini nama Tuikiman tidak ada didalam Kartu Keluarga saya dan AXA FINANCIAL INDONESIA tidak dapat menjawab dan tidak dapat memberikan resi pertama tersebut diterima oleh nama yang salah, kemudian Ibu HN menanyakan apa keinginan kita, saya menjawab, saya ingin uang premi yang telah disetorkan klien saya, dikembalikan saja, tidak perlu dilebihkan seperti halnya investasi yang telah dijanjikan,”Papar Ibu RM.

“Kalau saya hanya di PHP dan diusir secara tidak langsung, untuk apa dia (HN) menanyakan keinginan saya apa dan apa fungsinya saya membuat surat permohonan,”Tegas Bu RM.

“Kasus ini akan saya lanjutkan melakukan pelaporan ke jalur hukum serta ke media dengan dibantu oleh LBH PERAHU RAKYAT INDONESIA sampai hak yang saya perjuangkan bisa saya dapatkan demi anak-anak saya yang sekarang sudah menjadi yatim dan proses hukum dengan azas preduga tak bersalah perihal penipuan, akan tetap berlanjut sesuai hukum yang berlaku,”Tutup Ibu RM.
