Program kerja 100 hari, Kepala Desa Sukadamai Kecamatan Cicantayan Kabupaten Sukabumi Provinsi Jawa Barat setelah di lantik menjadi kepala desa terpilih priode 2019-2025,Rudi Hartono  kepala desa terpilih Desa Sukadamai setelah pelaksanaan pesta demokrasi (Pilkades) ,dan sudah resmi di lantik oleh Bupati Sukabumi bersama 225 kepala desa terpilih lainnya.

Kepala Desa Sukadamai terpilih, Rudi Hartono kepada awak Media mengatakan bahwa dalam mencapai target program  100 hari kerja yang akan dilaksanakan oleh dirinya adalah pembenahan administrasi,aparatur desa dan mengevaluasi rencana pembangunan yang memang titik – titiknya harus  menjadi skala prioritas guna kemajuan masyarakat.

” Program 100 hari kerja. Kami akan melaksanakan evaluasi kegiatan yang sedang berjalan. Selain itu, evaluasi perangkat agar siap bekerjasama untuk melaksanakan program kerja Desa Sukadamai. Kami juga akan melaksanakan kordinasi dengan BPD dan LPMD untuk sinkronisasi program kerja,” Ujarnya.

Masih Kata Rudi, selain pembenahan aparatur desa nya,dirinya juga akan segera melakukan pembenahan Lembaga Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa (LPMD), Pembentukan Badan Percepatan Pembangunan Pariwisata Desa. Desa Sukadamai sendiri masuk wilayah Kecamatan Cicantayan.

“Hal ini dilakukan dalam rangka mempersiapkan Desa Sukadamai sebagai Desa Wisata,” kata Yayan.

Ia mengatakan, pihaknya akan menentukan RPJMDes sebagai spasial tata wilayah desa yang terfokus kepada pencapaian desa wisata.

“Dalam mengawali pembangunan Desa Wisata Sukadamai, syarat utamanya adalah menyiapkan sumber daya manusia (SDM) sebagai alat kelengkapan mitra kerja kepala desa,” ucapnya.

Rudi mengungkapkan, alat kelengkapan dimaksud adalah SDM yang tersebar di wilayah RW di Desa Sukadamai yang mewakili persoalan pembangunan. “Dalam menata wilayah tersebut, baik infrastruktur maupun SDM, dan pembangunan dimaksud adalah percepatan pembangunan Desa Wisata Sukadamai,” Pungkasnya.
