Sekretaris Daerah Kab Sukabumi H. Ade Suryaman Mengatakan bahwa agenda acara RUPS Luar Biasa tahun 2024 adalah perubahan anggota dewan komisaris perusahaan. Hal itu dijelaskan Sekda Saat Hadir mewakili Bupati Sukabumi pada Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) Luar Biasa Tahun Buku 2024 PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten (Bank BJB) di The Trans Luxury Hotel, Jl Gatot Subroto No 289, Bandung, Kamis (05/09/2024)
Acara tersebut dihadiri oleh seluruh Kepala Daerah, Bupati/Walikota se- Provinsi Jawa Barat dan Banten, serta para pemegang saham publik
Dalam kesempatan tersebut hadir Penjabat Gubernur Jawa Barat, Bey Machmudin. Dirinya meminta agar Direksi jangan berpuas diri atas pencapaian tahun 2023.
“Hal ini karena masih banyak hal-hal yang perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja Bank BJB” ungkapnya.
Pj. Gubernur meminta agar Direksi dan jajaran dapat lebih fokus lagi dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja di tahun 2024 dan tahun mendatang.
“Kuatkan peran Direksi, jajaran dan staff serta terus jalin harmonisasi sehingga terjalinnya komunikasi yang kuat namun tetap mengedepankan etika”tegasnya
Diketahui, Taswin Zakaria di kukuhkan menjadi Komisaris Utama Independen Bank BJB , Hilman Purakusumah sebagai komisaris independen Serta Mohammad Taufiq Budi Santoso yang saat ini menjabat sebagai Asisten Perekonomian dan Pembangunan Sekretariat Daerah Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat sebagai Komisaris Independen Bank BJB.
Turut mendampingi Sekda dalam acara tersebut Asisten Perekonomian dan Pembangunan serta Pimpinan BJB Cabang Palabuhanratu.
