Bupati Sukabumi H. Marwan Hamami melantik dan mengambil sumpah janji jabatan empat pejabat pimpinan tinggi pratama setingkat eselon IIb di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Sukabumi,Rabu, 28 Agustus 2024. Mereka yang dilantik di Pendopo Sukabumi ini, akan mengisi sejumlah jabatan yang selama ini kosong di Kabupaten Sukabumi.
Hal itu seperti Sendi Apriadi akan mengisi jabatan sebagai Kepala Dinas Pariwisata, Puji Widodo menjabat Asisten Perekonomian dan Pembangunan, Erry Erstanto Yulia menjabat Kepala Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan, serta Yudi Mulyadi menjabat Kepala Disbudpora.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, H.Marwan Hamami menekankan, proses pelantikan ini telah mempertimbangkan berbagai aspek dan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Hal itu dimulai dari mekanisme seleksi terbuka hingga hasilnya yang didapat pun telah mendapatkan rekomendasi dari Ketua Komisi Aparatur Sipil Negara (KASN) dengan nomor : B-2304/JP.00.00/07/2024 tertanggal 18 Juli 2024.
“Pelantikan dan pengangkatan yang dilaksanakan hari ini pun, telah mendapatkan persetujuan dari Menteri Dalam Negeri melalui surat dengan nomor 100.2.2.6/3990/SJ Tanggal 21 Agustus 2024,” ucapnya.
Tak sampai di situ saja, Pemerintah Kabupaten Sukabumi pun langsung menyampaikan pemberitahuan pelaksanaan kegiatan pelantikan ini kepada Badan Pengawas Pemilu (Bawaslu). Mengingat, pelantikan dan pengambilan sumpah/ janji jabatan beriringan dengan tahapan pendaftaran calon pada Pilkada 2024.
“Setelah pelantikan ini, kami akan menyampaikan pemberitahuan pelaksanaan kegiatan pelantikan ini kepada Bawaslu Kabupaten Sukabumi dan Kemendagri,” ungkapnya.
Selain itu, H. Marwan mengajak semua pihak untuk memaknai pelantikan ini dari sudut pandang organisasi. Terutama dalam memperlancar tugas pemerintahan. Terkhusus, dalam penyempurnaan pelaksanaan pelayanan publik terhadap masyarakat.
“Maka dari itu, para pejabat yang dilantik harus berwawasan luas serta berpikiran untuk pencapaian visi- misi Kabupaten Sukabumi. Sehingga, dapat terwujud Kabupaten Sukabumi yang religius dan mandiri,” bebernya.
Sementara itu, kepada para pejabat yang hari ini dilantik, H.Marwan menyampaikan sejumlah pesan. seperti memperhatikan kemampuan manajerial yang komprehensif dan profesional. Sehingga, dapat mengemban tugas dan tanggungjawab serta memiliki kemampuan membangun inovasi dan kreativitas yang tinggi. Terutama dalam menghadapi arus perubahan yang terjadi dengan berbagai macam tantangan yang ada.
“Senantiasa pertahankan integritas, loyalitas, dan komitmen terhadap tugas serta tanggungjawabnya. Semua itu guna meningkatkan kinerja hingga mampu mendongkrak perwujudan visi- misi Kabupaten Sukabumi yang telah ditetapkan dalam RPJMD,” pungkasnya.
