Bupati Sukabumi H Marwan Hamami didampingi Sekda H Ade Suryaman menghadiri puncak peringatan HUT ke-73 Ikatan Bidan Indonesia (IBI) Kabupaten Sukabumi, di Grand Inna Samudera Beach Hotel Palabuhanratu, Kecamatan Cikakak, Sabtu, 10 Agustus 2024.

HUT ke-73 IBI mengusung tema peran bidan dalam penguatan ketahanan nasional pada krisis iklim melalui sinergi dan kolaborasi.

Bupati Sukabumi H Marwan Hamami mengatakan, genap berusia 73 tahun, IBI merupakan suatu organisasi profesi yang sangat matang. Kendati demikian, Bidan mesti berpartisipasi dalam mengentaskan berbagai isu kesehatan yang ada seperti isu stunting maupun isu kesehatan lainnya.

IBI yang notabene adalah oraganisasi profesi kata H Marwan, perlu melakukan terobosan yang membawa perubahan sosial secara signifikan terhadap lingkungan hingga masyarakat. 

“Karena itu para bidan harus mampu menjadi penggerak dan jembatan di tengah-tengah masyarakat,” pintanya. 

Terkait dengan tema peringatan HUT IBI H Marwan meminta agar para bidan dapat bersinergi dengan Pemerintah Kabupaten Sukabumi melalui beberapa peran yang diembannya.

“Terimakasih atas dedikasi dan kontribusi bidan untuk pembangunan derajat kesehatan di kabupaten Sukabumi,” pungkasnya. 

Ketua PC IBI Kabupaten Sukabumi, Ani Andriyani mengatakan, IBI Kabupaten Sukabumi akan terus melakukan terobosan terobosan penguatan pembangunan kesehatan di daerah, khususnya peningkatan ibu dan anak untuk mempersiapkan generasi yang berkualitas.

“Alhamdulillah tentunya ini kesempatan yang sangat luar biasa, kita akan terus berkontribusi mendukung program pemerintah daerah dalam capaian target kesehatan,” terangnya.

IBI berkomitmen akan terus berjuang memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada masyarakat melalui uluran tangan 1.684 Bidan yang ada di Kabupaten Sukabumi. 

Puncak peringatan HUT ke-73 IBI diikuti sebanyak 1684 Bidan se Kabupaten Sukabumi. 712 hadir secara langsung dan 972 secara daring. 

Dalam kesempatan tersebut Bupati Sukabumi H Marwan Hamami dan Sekda H Ade Suryanan menyerahkan berbagai penghargaan serta pemberian santunan kepada anak yatim dan ibu hamil.
