Kapolres Sukabumi menggelar Press release terkait pengungkapan Perkara Kasus Narkotika dan obat-obatan terlarang dan berhasil menangkap 13 ( tiga belas ) pengedar ,pemakai sekaligus  bandar  yang kerap beraksi diwilayah Hukum Polres Sukabumi,bertempat di aula Mako Polres Sukabumi,Jln.Raya Jajaway, Palabuanratu Sukabumi Jawa barat,Senin ( 30/1/2023).

Kapolres Sukabumi, AKBP Marully Pardede yang didampingi Waka Polres,Kasat Narkoba Dan Kasi Humas mengatakan yang 5 orang dari total 13 orang tersangka merupakan pelaku pengedaran narkotika jenis sabu dari tiga kasus dan tempat  yang berbeda.

“ 2 orang tersangka pengedar sabu diamankan diwilayah Kecamatan Cibadak, 2 tersangka dari Parungkuda dan 1 tersangka dari Warungkiara,dengan barang bukti sabu seberat 38,38 gram senilai Rp 42,6 juta,” Ujarnya

Masih kata Kapolres Sukabumi ,pengungkapan kasus ini juga adalah hasil dari program AA Dede Curhat Dong  dimana Masyarakat banyak yang curhat tentang Motor berknalpot berisik yang tidak sesuai standar SNI juga maraknya penjual obat-obatan yang dikarang seperti Hexymer dan Tramadol dan Satnarkoba Polres Sukabumi juga menangkap 1 orang tersangka untuk kasus peredaran narkotika jenis ganja di Kecamatan Jampangkulon,dari tangan pelaku, polisi berhasil mengamankan barang bukti seberat 178 gram ganja siap edar,dan ganja dikemas dalam berbagai bentuk kemasan packing, ada dalam bentuk dadu dan ada juga dibungkus menggunakan kertas minyak,untuk diedarkan kepada masyarakat yang menyalah gunakan nya,Tak hanya itu, 7 orang tersangka lainnya diamankan pada kasus peredaran obat keras terbatas (OKT) di Kecamatan Simpenan, Nagrak, dan Cicurug. Dengan total barang bukti sebanyak 13.147 butir.

” Tersangka pengedar sabu serta ganja disangkakan Pasal 114 dan atau Pasal 112 Dan atau Pasal 111 UU RI Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 Tentang Narkotika, dengan hukuman ancaman penjara minimal 4 tahun dan maksimal seumur hidup dan
Pasal yang disangkakan kepada para tersangka  pengedar obat – obatan terlarang seperti Hexymer dan Tramadol yaitu Pasal 197 Jo 106 ayat (1) UU Rl nomor 36 Tahun 2009 Tentang Kesehatan, yang diubah dalam Pasal 60 angka 10 UU RI Nomor 11 tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja dan atau Pasal 196 Jo Pasal 98 ayat (2) dan Ayat (3) UU RI Nomor 36 Tahun 2009 Tentang Kesehatan, dengan hukuman ancaman penjara paling lama 10 tahun.” Pungkasnya.
