Ribuan honorer tenaga kesehatan (Nakes) yang tergabung dalam Forum Komunikasi Honorer Fasyankes (FKHF) Kabupaten Sukabumi, datangi gedung DPRD Kabupaten Sukabumi, Jawa Barat, Jumat (22/7/2022).

Aksi ribuan honorer nakes tersebut menuntut agar di angkat menjadi aparatur sipil negara (ASN) Ataupun Masuk Pegawai Pemerintah dengan perjanjian kerja (PPPK), para aksi tersebut melakukan jalan kaki dari jalan jajaway menuju gedung DPRD dengan membawa sejumlah spanduk kritikan dan berteriak dengan seruan ASN.

Ketua FKHF Kabupaten Sukabumi, Saeful Anwar mengatakan, honorer Nakes menuntut untuk diangkat menjadi Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) ataupun masuk Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK).

“Kesehatan merupakan hal yang sangat penting dan mendasar bagi semua manusia, karena tanpa Kesehatan yang baik, maka setiap manusia akan sulit dalam melaksanakan aktifitasnya,” ungkapnya dalam keterangan pers.

“Tenaga Kesehatan berperan besar dalam menentukan pembangunan Kesehatan. Bekerja sebagai Nakes maupun Non Nakes adalah mengabdi kepada kemanusiaan dan menjadi pelayan masyarakat,” sambungnya.

Dijelaskan Saeful, setelah keluarnya PP Nomor 49 Tahun 2018 Tentang Manajemen Pegawai Dengan Perjanjian Kerja ( PPPK ) Serta isu Outsorcing pegawai pemerintah khususnya pekerja Fasyankes membuat para honorer cemas.
“Keputusan pemerintah itu membuat kami pekerja Honorer di Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan cemas akan hal itu,” jelasnya.

Dalam kesempatan tersebut, kata Saeful, para honorer tenaga kesehatan meminta Pemerintah Daerah mengangkat semua pegawai honorer di lingkungan Dinas Kesehatan dan RSUD di Kabupaten Sukabumi menjadi ASN tanpa tebang pilih.

“FKHF menuntut Pemda untuk mengangkat semua pegawai honorer di lingkungan Dinas Kesehatan dan RSUD di Kabupaten Sukabumi menjadi ASN,” terangnya.

“Tidak dibukanya formasi PPPK untuk jalur umum sampai semua tenaga honorer yang sudah mengabdi di lingkungan Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Sukabumi diangkat menjadi ASN melalui jalur Afirmasi sampai dengan November 2023,” imbuhnya.

Setelah ditemui ketua DPRD Kabupaten Sukabumi Yudha Sukmagara dengan sejumlah anggota lainnya seperti Hera Iskandar, Badri suhendi, Usep Wawan, Dadan Hasanudin, Wawan Juansyh sekitar pukul 10.45 Wib, sejumlah perwakilan melakukan audensi didalam ruangan rapat, sementara yang lainnya melakukan orasi di depan gedung DPRD dengan pengawalan ketat aparat gabungan dari kepolisian, TNI, Satpol PP beserta unsur lainnya.
