Pembangunan Gedung Serbaguna Koperasi Wargawinaya Yang sebelumnya diberitakan Diduga Belum memiliki IMB kali ini mendapatkan protes dari Warga, Pasalnya Rumah Warga tersebut adalah rumah yang terkena dan terdampak langsung oleh Pembangunan gedung tersebut.

Dida Hudaya, Warga yang rumahnya terdampak langsung Pembangunan Gedung Serbaguna Koperasi Wargawinaya kepada Sudut Lensa. Com mengatakan bahwa semenjak dimulainya pekerjaan ini, tidak ada sosialisasi terlebih dahulu kepada warga untuk memberikan ijin lingkungan , dan kita lihat bersama, pondasi Bangunan rumahnya turun dan bata rumahnya banyak yang belah, apalagi sewaktu  hujan besar kemarin, air hujan Masuk semua ke pekarangan rumahnya.

” Sewaktu hujan Besar, air Masuk semua ke pekarangannya, dan yang terlebih saya khawatirkan adalah jangka panjangnya, soalnya Bangunan nya miring kearah tembok rumahnya, sudah pasti air hujan akan terus mengenai bata rumahnya,dan itu harus segera dirubah, ataupun apabila tidak dirubah, dirinya meminta kepada pihak Koperasi Agar membuat Paralon pembuangan saluran air hujan ditambah,tembok rumahnya di plester kualitas Bagus dan Waterproof, bawah bangunan (antara tembok rmh saya dan dinding baru) harus di tembok dan dikeraskan,” Ujarnya.

Menanggapi kejadian tersebut, Ketua Forum Pers Independent Indonesia ( FPII) Korwil Sukabumi, Syamsul Rizal Hidayat SH mengatakan bahwa dikabupaten Sukabumi ada Perda yang mengatur tentang IMB yaitu Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Sukabumi Nomor 6 Tahun 2010 Tentang Izin Mendirikan Bangunan juga Peraturan Bupati Sukabumi NO.19 Tahun 2013 tentang retribusi  Izin Mendirikan Bangunan.

” Didalam Perda tersebut sudah jelas bahwa ada persyaratan yang harus ditempuh diantaranya Surat Persetujuan Tetangga Yang Diketahui Oleh RT/RW Kepala Desa/Lurah Dan Camat, dan disitu ada warga yang terdampak langsung pembangunan tersebut dan mengatakan warga tersebut tidak pernah memberikan surat persetujuan, untuk itu dirinya berharap agar Satpol PP Kabupaten Sukabumi segera menindak pembangunan tersebut,” Pungkasnya.
