Dengan adanya dua orang pasien positif corona yang merupakan tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Nagrak yang saat ini sudah ditangani oleh Tim Dokter BLUD RS.Sekarwangi,membuat jajaran Manajemen Puskesmas Nagrak mengambil langkah memperketat Pelayanan melalui protokoler kesehatan yang ketat selama 3 hari kedepan sejak hari Sabtu sampai Senin mendatang.

Aditya Skm.MM ,Surveylan Puskesmas Nagrak kepada awak media menjelaskan bahwa kasus tersebut bermula diketahui
tepatnya pukul setengah enam kemarin mendapat informasi dari BLUD RS Sekarwangi bahwa ada Tenaga Kesehatan PKM Nagrak yang positif berdasarkan hasil test swab massal beberapa waktu lalu.

” Hal tersebut diketahui berdasarkan hasil swab massal yg dilaksanakan pada tanggal 19 Juni 2020 yang lalu,dan
hasilnya bahwa ada Tenaga kesehatan PKM Nagrak terpapar Covid 19 berjumlah 2 orang,akan tetapi berdasarkan hasil Tim Surveyland melihat kondisi rumahnya tenaga yang ke 2 orang Positif tersebut Alhamdulillah memenuhi sarat untuk bisa Isolasi Mandiri,” Ujarnya.

Masih kata Aditya,sebagai langkah screening awal kita hari ini melakukan Rapid test ditingkat Tenaga Kesehatan berjumlah 64 orang, kader dan pihak keluarga,lalu kita berkoordinasi untuk tindak lanjut hasil dari Rapid test hari ini apabila ada yang positif,akan segera ditindak lanjuti melalui swab di BLUD RS.Sekarwangi .

” Setelah Rapid test,langkah selanjutnya,kita melakukan dekontaminasi ruangan yang ada di Puskesmas ,rumah dan lingkungan keluarga pasien selama dua hari berturut-turut,juga melakukan penyelelidikan epidomologi dan kontak trashing terhadap kontak erat pasien positif tersebut,” Jelasnya.

Hal tersebut dibenarkan oleh Kepala Puskesmas Nagrak,Yuyun Wahyuni.AMd.Keb.Skm yang mengatakan bahwa secara perjalanan virus tersebut yang berada di kita sudah dinyatakan secara ke ilmuan sudah aman,karena kasusnya lebih dari 1 bulan yang lalu,karena tidak ada penularan juga sudah melewati periode infeksius lebih dari 3 Minggu.dan yang bersangkutan sampai saat ini tidak menunjukan gejala,akan tetapi untuk mengantisipasi d dan memprotek baik itu pegawai maupun masyarakat pengunjung Puskesmas setelah koordinasi dengan Dinas Kesehatan dan gugus tugas covid kecamatan bahwa Puskesmas Nagrak mengeluarkan satu kebijakan guna antisipasi penularan covid 19 selama 3 hari dari hari Sabtu hingga hari Senin mendatang untuk tetap melayani pasien akan tetapi memakai prosedur protokol kesehatan yang ketat dan juga bisa konsultasi melalui telpon dan aplikasi online lainnya masih bisa.

Mengingat kita sudah melakukan dekontaminasi, dan rapid tes sebagai alat screening (bukan diagnostik) dan hasilnya non reaktif untuk tenaga kesehatan yang memberi pelayanan langsung. ,juga untuk mengantisipasi hal – hal yang berhubungan dengan kedaruratan terutama yang melahirkan atau Persalinan,dan berharap kepada Seluruh Masyarakat diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Nagrak bisa memaklumi keadaan ini dan bisa menjadikan pembelajaran bahwa covid 19 ini memang ada,dan juga protap kesehatan pencegahan covid 19 ini bisa terus dilaksanakan dilingkungan nya masing – masing,dan juga berharap apabila ada masyarakat yang memang mempunyai gejala diharapkan bisa langsung menghubungi tenaga kesehatan dan secara jujur menjelaskan hal – hal yang terkait berdasarkan assesment atau penulaian awal kasus oleh pasien.untuk mengantisipasi penularan lebih lanjut di Masyarakat ” Pungkasnya.
