Diperingatkan hari ulang tahun yang kedua, Senin (11/11), Forum Pers Independent Indonesia (FPII) Korwil Kota Bogor menerima SK Kepengurusan perubahan dari Setwil Jawa Barat.

Penyerahan SK Kepengurusan FPII Korwil Kota Bogor perode 2017-2022 berlangsung di Resto Garden The Mirah Hotel. Ketua FPII Setwil Jawa Barat didampingi Seknas Wesly H. Sihombing membacakan SK Kepengurusan Perubahan FPII Korwil Kota Bogor dengan Ketua Ibrahim Hermawan,  Sekretaris Abdul Manan dan Bendahara Sugandi.

Jansen Matondang menerangkan SK Kepengurusan baru ini dikeluarkan mengingat Ketua FPII Korwil Kota Bogor yang pertama saudara Sumburi Ibrahim meninggal dunia.

“Dengan dikeluarkan SK ini, diharapkan FPII Korwil Kota Bogor bisa konsisten dan terus berjuang untuk kemajuan organisasi yang penting jaga kekompakan untuk membesarkan organisasi,” ujarnya.

Pada kesempatan itu, Jansen mengucapkan selamat ulang tahun yang kedua FPII Korwil Kota Bogor semoga suskes dan jaya selalu FPII.

Ketua FPII Korwil Kota Bogor, melalui Sekretaris Abdul Manan berharap kedepannya FPII Korwil Kota Bogor dan media yang tergabung di FPII dapat lebih bersinergi dengan semua pihak, baik dengan Lembaga, Instansi Pemerintah maupun perusahaan dan individu.

Selain itu, Ibrahim menegaskan, kepada seluruh Pengurus dan Anggota FPII Korwil Kota Bogor semakin solid, menjaga marwah FPII serta tetap berpedoman kepada UU Pers dan Kode etik jurnalistik dalam menyajikan informasi.

Sementara itu, Kesbangpol Kota Bogor Mad Hadi mengatakan sebagai mitra sekaligus pembina ormas dan partai politik,  Kesbangpol berharap FPII terus berjuang secara inovatif dalam menghadirkan informasi kepada masyarakat.

Kapolsek Bogor Tengah diwakili Bimas IPTU Sudirman mengungkapkan keberadaan FPII dalam hal ini pers dengan kepolisian terus berkolaborasi dalam publikasi berita khususnya dalam mengawal perkembangan pembangunan nasional.

Tapi yang lebih penting, kata Sudirman ialah pers dalam menyikapi suatu permasalahan sebaiknya harus mengedepankan musyawarah.

Hadir dalam HUT ke-2 FPII Korwil Kota Bogor diantaranya, Kasubag Publikasi Humas dan Protokol Pemkot Bogor, Kadis Pendidikan Kota Bogor H.
